David Brown
David Brown is addicted to detail. From a tender age he was assembling Lego bricks into chronological size and color to his unusual addiction to straight lines. His parents knew they had to funnel this obsessive compulsive disorder into something productive for society.

David spent his first digital years riding through the dot com boom as Deputy Creative Director of Euro RSCG Interaction Sydney after which he emerged to co-found the highly successful and award winning digital agency Soap Creative in Sydney. In 2004 he shifted his talents to London as the Creative Director for Euro RSGC 4D / EHS Brann where he helped guide his team on some of the most their successful digital and integrated campaigns to date across local and global accounts.

Over the past ten years David has led his creative and interactive experience across consumer and B2B sectors ranging from automotive all the way to tourism. With such clients as Intel, Mitsubishi, Sony, Phillips, Orange, Volvo, Yahoo, 20th Century Fox, Virgin Atlantic, Diageo, News of the World and Diesel. He is responsible for the development and creative direction of numerous award winning projects, recognised by such organizations as One Show, ADMA, BIMA, Caples, Adtech, Yahoo and Cannes.

Originally from down under, David soon tired of the gloom or London and his primal yearning for warm sun and tropical seas see's him join the highly talented team at XM Singapore in 2008.

In four short years, Hwee and her partner, Justin Lim, have grown the agency by over 300%, adding on an impressive list of blue chip clients and creative accolades as well.

Hwee is responsible for the creative standards of all of Grey’s clients, such as AXA, Saab, Wyeth, F&N and Wildlife Reserves of Singapore. Through the years, her work has received commendations from the One Show, D&AD, Clio and Cannes.
